Consequences of the revocation

Special instructions
If you finance this agreement through a loan and later recant it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided both agreements form an economic unit. This applies in particular if we are your lender at the same time or when your lender uses our cooperation in financing. If the loan has already been granted to us at the time of the revocation, your creditor shall enter into our rights and obligations under the funded agreement with you in respect of the legal consequences of the revocation or refund. The latter does not apply if the subject of this agreement is the acquisition of financial instruments (e. g. Securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, use your right of withdrawal and also revoking the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal to do so.
