Where is my package?

You can use the track & trace code you received in the confirmation email.

Is there express shipping too?

That's not possible yet. We are in the process of being able to offer this as soon as possible.

Can also be ordered from Belgium and Luxembourg?

Yes, that's certainly possible.

How long does the shipment take?

Our logistics team will do everything they can to ensure that you have your lamp at home within one to three working days.

I received a damaged package.

How annoying! If you wish to return something and the packaging has been damaged, it may be returned to us in another box. We hope you understand that unfortunately we cannot replace the packaging.

If the product is damaged, we would like to refer you to our terms and conditions.

What can I do if I ordered at the wrong address?

If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us automatically and treated as a normal return. Please re-order your items to the correct address, as we do not have the option to change the address.

How can I return my lamp?

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service. You will receive a return receipt in time.

Do I have to return my lamp myself with a warranty claim?

Unfortunately, as a start-up company, we cannot coordinate a pick-up service.

Can the lamp be returned/exchanged?

Yes, if you take your mind and don't want to keep your Happy Lamp, you can send it back to us. The returned Happy Lamp must be in good condition and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and instructions. Our sales and return conditions apply to returns.

What about the warranty?

Each lamp has a guarantee of two years.

Why did I receive a payment reminder?

If you received a payment reminder despite payment or return, you can simply ignore it. It may happen that sending the payment reminder overlaps with the confirmation of the payment.

When will my return be refunded?

As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you. The refund process is then initiated to the original payment method. We ask for your understanding if it takes longer. We'll do our best to get it done in a week.

Has my return arrived?

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Within how many days can I send my lamp back?

14 days.

I received the wrong article, what can I do?

Please contact our customer service, they will help you. Of course you can send the item back and we will send you the right copy.

Are the lamps vegan?

Yes, the lamps are made without animal products and have not been tested on animals.

Is it possible to replace the lamp?

No, for safety reasons, you can't replace the LED lamp yourself. However, the lamp is so strong and durable that it will not be necessary. Our LED lamps can burn 40,000 hours on average. If it does happen that a lamp will fail, we will offer a service that will replace your lamp.

My lamp got dirty. What is the best way to clean it?

Unplug the lamp from the socket and make sure it is disconnected from the power supply. Wipe lightly with a dry cloth.

How stable are the lamps?

The lamps have a certain weight due to the filling of sand and cannot just fall over.

Are there hallmarks?

The lamps are tested and certified according to the highest safety standards by Hanseccontrol.

Are the lamps dangerous for children?

It is important that you carefully read the safety and operating instructions and follow the instructions. The lamps have been tested by the renowned Hanseccontrol Institute and classified as safe for children.

Is a lamp included?

Yes, the LED lamp is permanently installed in the lamp.
